Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Koch Jackets. We take pride in our products and customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please see our return guidelines below:

 

Returns & Exchanges:

• Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Personalized or custom-made jackets and chenille products are not eligible for returns unless defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made by Koch Jackets.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
